What we do not store

When you convert a listing, this site fetches the page and images only to build a BLM file and a ZIP for you. That work happens in the server’s memory (RAM) for the duration of the request. We do not write the listing text, photos, HTML, or the ZIP to disk. We do not upload them to object storage. We do not keep a copy after the download finishes or if the conversion fails: the buffers are discarded.

We do not build a database of properties. We do not publish, index, or resell listing content.

What we may keep

We may keep a small technical log (time, Terms version, your confirmation that you have the right to the listing, IP address or a hash of it, and the listing URL host/path) so we can enforce limits and show that you agreed. That log does not include photos or the listing body.

Accounts and the directory

You do not need an account to convert a listing. If you suggest a site for the directory, we store your name, email address, the website URL and description, the plan you chose (free or paid), and a record that you agreed to the current Terms (time, IP address, Terms version). That record is kept so we can show that you agreed. Directory listings that we approve are published on this website. You do not receive a login from a directory suggestion.
